Exchange Policy:
For non-customized items, we offer a two-week exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a non-customized item, please ensure the following:
1. Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.
2. Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
